Hayley Alli, the Coordinator of the National Federation of the Blind of Georgia (NFBGA) spoke to members of the Atlanta Lions Club during their monthly luncheon meeting at the Capital City Club in Downtown Atlanta.  NFBGA or BELL Academy is a summer program targeting low vision and completely blind children.  Programing is designed to promote braille literacy and learning.  Almost 85% of blind children are braille illiterate.  The Atlanta Lions have been supporting the BELL program for several years now.

Hayley is originally from the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and began working with NFBGA and BELL in 2013.  Her daughter is visually impaired and was a participant in the BELL Camp from 2010.
